Landscapes in Sound – Young Talent in Concert

Young guitarists from the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague present an inspiring programme exploring the connection between music and nature. The concert features works by composers such as Philip Houghton and Peter Sculthorpe, alongside international masterpieces by Leo Brouwer, Villa-Lobos, and Gustav Holst, bringing to life the beauty of landscapes, ecosystems, and the rhythms of the earth.

Before the concert, the “Tussen de Noten” session offers a unique behind-the-scenes look at the creative process of the young musicians, with insights into repertoire, interpretation, and rehearsal. An afternoon celebrating young talent, artistic guidance, and compelling music.
